Frequently Asked Questions

Do you export fabricated stone elements internationally?
Yes. All special works are exported FOB Alexandria Port. Standard documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificate for wooden crating. We work with experienced freight forwarders for Europe, Gulf, Africa, and Asia routes.
What is the minimum order for special works?
It depends on the work type. For edge profiling and CTS tiles, minimum is typically 20 m². For staircases, there is no minimum — we produce sets as small as 5 treads. For CNC carving and medallions, a per-piece minimum applies. Contact us with your specific requirement for a clear answer.
How long does production take for custom works?
Standard CTS and edge profiling: 10–18 working days. Staircases: 18–28 working days. CNC carving and medallions: 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. Sculptures and one-off bespoke works: 8–24 weeks. These times do not include sailing time to your destination port.
Do you provide installation drawings?
For staircase sets and large architectural works, we provide numbered piece drawings and a simple site assembly guide. We do not provide structural calculations — these are the responsibility of the project's structural engineer. For complex works, shop drawings are submitted for your approval before production.
Can you match an existing stone we are already using on site?
We can attempt to match existing stone by supplying samples from candidate quarry faces before committing to production. However, natural stone from different quarry extractions cannot be guaranteed to match exactly — we recommend ordering all stone for a project in a single production run.
Is there a project portfolio or brochure available?
Yes. We maintain a project reference portfolio that we share on request. Email info@majesticstone.net with your company name and the type of works you are evaluating, and we will send the relevant project references and capability documentation.
