Precision Structural Engineering: Each fireplace surround is modeled into full 3D CAD software prior to cutting. This ensures that every individual piece—from the hearth and jambs to the frieze and mantel—aligns perfectly without structural stress.

Hand-Finished Detail Preservations: While the bulk material is shaped using advanced Italian 5-axis CNC routers to ensure a perfect ±0.5mm tolerance, our master stone artisans hand-carve and refine the intricate classical motifs, undercuts, and returns to deliver a flawless luxury finish.

Thermal Crack Mitigation: We carefully select block segments with zero internal micro-fissures. All fireplace components undergo rigorous testing for thermal shock resistance, ensuring the natural stone maintains its structural integrity when exposed to temperature fluctuations.
Heavy-Duty ISPM-15 Certified Wooden Pallets. All treads and risers are packed vertically with foam sheets separating polished faces to prevent friction scratches. Pallets are heavily strapped externally and reinforced with corner guards to withstand maritime transit and heavy-forklift handling at destination ports.
