Surface Finish Refinement: Automated CNC tooling can sometimes leave micro-ridged tool marks. At Majestic Stones, every machine-carved element undergoes meticulous hand-refinement by skilled Egyptian stone artisans to smooth out paths, undercut deep recesses, and ensure a pristine, uniform texture.

Stress-Free Material Selection: Intricate carving subjects the stone to high structural stress. We carefully screen and scan blocks using ultrasonic testing to guarantee that the selected Galala or Sinai Pearl segments are entirely free of hidden hairline fissures or structural voids before machining begins.
Custom Engineered ISPM-15 Wooden Crates. Carved surfaces are highly vulnerable to impact. Each panel is wrapped in multi-layered micro-foam wrap, and heavily secured face-up or face-to-face with thick Styrofoam spacers separating all milled details. The crates are reinforced with internal cross-bracing to prevent any kinetic shock during maritime shipping.
