What We Produce
Our CNC centre operates five-axis routing and waterjet cutting machines that allow us to produce any pattern or three-dimensional form that can be described in a CAD file. The CNC machine is programmed directly from your DWG or DXF — there is no redrawing, no interpretation, and no dimensional conversion loss. What you design is what we cut.
For organic designs, portraiture, and flowing forms that CNC cannot replicate, our hand carving team provides the finishing layer. Many premium commissions combine CNC roughing (fast, precise, consistent) with hand finishing (fluid, textured, unique).

Common Questions
What file format do you need for CNC carving?
DWG and DXF are preferred — they give us precise vector data for machine programming. For patterns or logos from graphic design: AI, EPS, or high-resolution (300 dpi minimum) PDF are acceptable. JPG and PNG images can be converted at an additional design conversion cost (typically USD 80–150 per design). We return the converted file for your approval before production.
What is the maximum CNC carving depth?
For relief carving: up to 60 mm depth is achievable on most stones 80 mm or thicker. For standard decorative panel carving: 15–30 mm depth is typical. For through-cuts (screens and lattice panels): any thickness is achievable. Material brittleness limits minimum wall thickness between cut elements — typically 10–15 mm for limestone, 8–12 mm for granite.
How many pieces does a floor medallion arrive in?
A circular medallion up to 150 cm diameter typically arrives in 4–8 radial sections for ease of shipping and handling. Larger medallions may have more sections. All sections are trial-assembled at the factory, photographed, and numbered. An assembly diagram is included with the shipment.
Can you match Islamic geometric patterns for a mosque or heritage project?
Yes. This is one of our core CNC capabilities. We have produced geometric screens, carved panels, and floor medallions for mosque and heritage projects in Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. We can work from historical reference drawings, architect CAD files, or existing pattern photography.
