Polished
A mirror-smooth, light-reflective surface produced by grinding with progressively finer abrasives. The most formal and elegant finish available for Egyptian limestone and marble.
Honed
A matte, satin-smooth surface with no reflectivity. Softer in appearance than polished. Widely used for flooring, wall cladding, and countertops where a refined but understated look is required.
