Where We Came From
Before Majestic Stone existed as a company, our founder spent over a decade working directly inside Egyptian quarries and stone processing facilities — learning how blocks are extracted, how slabs are cut, how batches vary between seasons, and exactly where quality breaks down between the quarry face and the shipping container.
That experience doesn't come from a catalogue. It comes from years of watching stone move from the mountain to the market, and understanding every step in between.
In 2022, a specific opportunity opened the door: a stone importer needed a reliable direct source — not another intermediary, not another trading layer. They needed someone who could look at a block and know its yield, who could specify a finish and guarantee it arrived consistent.
That first relationship is still active today.
That's how Majestic Stone was born — and that's still how we operate.

Source Control
Most export companies buy finished slabs and resell them. We work directly with quarry operations in Minya, Sinai, and Aswan — which means we influence quality at the source, not after the fact.

Built for Flexibility
The large Egyptian exporters are optimised for large buyers — minimum orders of full containers, standard sizes, standard finishes, standard communication.

A Note on Being a Newer Company
It's a fair question. Here's our honest answer.
Majestic Stone as an independent entity has been operating since 2022. But the knowledge, the quarry relationships, and the supply chain understanding behind this company took ten years to build. We didn't start Majestic Stone to learn the industry. We started it because we already knew it — and we saw a way to serve a specific type of buyer better than what existed.
Our first client came to us because they'd dealt with too many suppliers who promised consistency and delivered variation. Two years later, they're still ordering. That track record is small in number and significant in what it represents.
