  • Pencil Edge: Delivers a subtle 2mm to 5mm micro-radius to erase brittle stone edges while preserving a modern, sleek linear aesthetic.

• New Advanced Coping Typologies :

  • Laminated Drop Face (Mitred Apron): Ideal for luxury infinity pools. A precise 45-degree waterjet cut bonds a vertical down-turn apron to create a massive, monolithic appearance hanging over the pool edge with seamless vein continuity.

  • CNC-Slotted Overflow Drainage Grates : Instead of using plastic grates, we engineer custom-slotted natural stone overflow grates that integrate seamlessly with the deck paving, allowing water to drain into the overflow channels while maintaining a continuous stone visual.

  • Integrated Skimmer-Lid Profiles: Custom-cut stone covers that hide skimmer openings completely, flush with the coping surface.

• Under-Coping Water Drip Grooves (Throating): To protect the pool’s external structural walls from staining and salt efflorescence, our CNC desk integrates a continuous 5mm drip-groove (throating) on the underside of each overhanging coping piece, forcing water run-off to drop cleanly away from the facade.

• Monolithic Radial Cutting: For curved, freeform, or kidney-shaped pools, we do not use segmented straight pieces. Our engineering desk programs custom radial cuts directly from client CAD layout files (.DWG), generating perfectly smooth, matching curved monolithic coping segments.
