CNC Profiling & Flawless Polish Matching

Automated Calibrated Profiling: Using state-of-the-art Italian edge-profiling machinery, every single linear meter of the profile is cut using consecutive diamond router wheels. This guarantees that whether the piece is 1 meter or 50 meters long, the profile shape remains absolutely uniform without a single millimeter of distortion.
Hand-Refined Polish Continuity: Machine polishing can sometimes create microscopic variations. Our master artisans hand-polish every curve and undercut of complex profiles (like Ogee or Dupont) using progressive diamond pads. This ensures the edge’s luster, color depth, and sheen perfectly match the factory-polished slab face.
Seamless Lamination (Mitred Jointing): For luxury drop-face fronts (Laminated Mitred Apron), we execute a precise 45-degree cut using waterjet technology. The pieces are joined using water-clear structural epoxy with exact vein-matching across the seam, creating the illusion of a massive, single monolithic block of stone.

Export Packaging

Heavy-Duty Rigid Wooden Pallets with Side-Edge Shielding. Finished edges are the most vulnerable parts during transport. All profiled edges are completely lined with continuous, dense L-shaped EPE foam profiles. The stone pieces are loaded on certified pallets on their sides (never flat) and bound with industrial-strength polyester strapping to fully neutralize micro-vibrations.
